Actor | Linguist | Content Creator
One unexpected skill has been the plumb line through all of my surprising successes as an actor, filmmaker, linguist, writer, engineer, and real estate investor.
At 14, I was your average, monolingual, Californian skater kid.
By 20, I was communicating in seven languages, with native-level fluency in four. I graduated early with a bachelor’s in three fields, and by then was already working (more than) full time as a self-taught engineer for a solar company.
At 23 I was hired by a global fortune 500 company as a Spanish-language expert to create AI training data, after getting my master's of science in Computational Linguistics in Germany. But I was too young to sit in an office all day.
I moved back to California and tried my hand as a voice actor. I partnered with a multi-billion-view YouTube channel, and created their German-language spinoff. I started acting on hundreds of narrative and commercial projects in English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Mandarin.
Then in 2021, I moved to Mexico City to star as the villain in Latin America’s first major western, a flagship Amazon Prime Video original series.
The common thread here is languages.
Now for the past two years I’ve bounced between Mexico City and California while working on my debut novel, based on one of my award-winning television scripts. Sign up to be the first to hear about it!
Don’t worry: this is not a newsletter. You’ll only hear when a major project gets released. So like, once every couple years. We hate spam too, and respect your privacy.
